Ashleigh is an organization strategist who has built nonprofits from the inside out, from direct client services to the executive officer. She is a coach for the women and changemakers rewriting what thriving looks like on their own terms. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor who helps clients navigate ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PANS/PANDAS, OCD and related disorders. She is Mrs. Oklahoma International 2020, as comfortable commanding an audience of hundreds from the stage as she is sitting across from a client in crisis. Every part of her work comes from the same place: a belief that people and organizations do their best work when they stop trying to shrink themselves to fit someone else's mold.
Why Renegade?
A renegade isn't someone who breaks the rules for the sake of it. A renegade is someone who looks at a system that wasn't built for her, or for the people she serves, and decides to build something better anyway. Ashleigh has spent her career refusing to be just one thing. She is proof that you do not have to choose between being a clinician and a coach, a strategist and a storyteller, a professional and a person with a full, complicated life. You can be all the facets of who you are, at the same time, without apologizing for any of them. That is what Renegade means, and it is the standard she brings to every client, every organization, and every stage.
