Ashleigh Gibson, MA, LPC-S
Ashleigh is cultivating a career most people would spend years trying to summarize in one sentence, and she has never tried to squeeze herself into just one.
Her foundation is in nonprofit leadership. Over nearly a decade at Metro Tech Foundation, she built donor relationships, grew the organization's financial base, and managed programs that supported students in crisis. She went on to serve as CEO of the Edmond Public Schools Foundation, guiding strategy, fundraising, and governance for a district-wide mission, after earlier leading case management for more than a thousand child abuse investigations at The C.A.R.E. Center. That operational depth now drives her consulting work through Renegade Productions LLC, where she helps values-driven businesses and nonprofits design systems, train leaders, and grow without losing sight of what makes them distinct.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Gibson brings that same steady, practical instinct to her clients that she brought to her boardrooms. She works with driven, creative people navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and autism, translating clinical training into tools people can actually use in daily life. Parents walk into IEP and 504 meetings prepared because of her guidance. Families facing PANS and PANDAS find a way forward because she has walked the road alongside them. Her therapy practice is built less around diagnosis and more around equipping people to handle their own lives on their own terms.
Then there is the stage. Gibson was crowned Mrs. Oklahoma International in 2020, and the title suited a woman who was already comfortable commanding a room. She emcees and hosts events across Oklahoma and the U.S., from galas to community celebrations, and pairs that stage presence with hands-on production and event management, leaning on her expertise in logistics that make an event look effortless.
Put those pieces together and a pattern emerges. Gibson builds organizations, helps people heal, and knows how to hold a room, sometimes all in the same week. Whatever the project, she brings the same preparation and genuine care that have defined every chapter of her career so far.
Whether you're navigating a personal challenge, planning an event, or building a stronger nonprofit, Ashleigh brings the same steady expertise to every room she’s in.
